Apex PHL opens day care center in Leganes

LEGANES, Iloilo – The long wait is over. After
almost 28 years and 26 club presidents, the Apex Club of Leganes proudly unveiled
its first work party project at the Municipality of Leganes --- a one-room building
for use of daycare children.
